Terms & Conditions

1. The minimum time Grand Limousine Inc. will book is one hour. 2. For any specialty vehicle, a non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the invoice total is due at the time of booking and unpaid balances are due no less than two weeks prior to the date of service. Reservations made less than two weeks before date of service must be paid in full at time of reservation. Cancellations for specialty vehicles must be made at least two weeks prior to date of service. All deposits are non-refundable. 3. Wait time at one dollar per minute beyond fifteen minutes of client provided pick up time. 4. The latest we can honor a cancellation request for any non-specialty vehicle reservations without penalty is 2 hours before the reservation. 5. Payments may be made by Credit Card, Corporate Check or Cash. Grand Limousine Inc. accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club. Cash payments must be made in person and 48 hours in advance, at our office. 600 South Grand Ave, Lansing, MI 48933 6. All vehicles owned and/or operated by Grand Limousine Inc. are designated as non-smoking. 7. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or by the client’s guests, or a client's agents. A valid credit card is required to be on file for all reservations to cover these costs should they arise. All such incidents will be communicated thoroughly with the client before any such charges are made. 8. Grand Limousine Inc. is not liable for items left in any vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle prior to dismissal. 9. Grand Limousine Inc., nor the chauffeur are responsible loss of, or damage to any personal property before during or after the time of service. 10. Grand Limousine is not responsible for any personal injury during the time of service that is incurred as a result of the negligence of the client, the client's guest, or a client's agents. 11. Grand Limousine Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate the job, for all parties in attendance for the use or suspected use of illegal drugs and/or any illegal activity by any guest in attendance. 12. Unreasonable or illegal conduct by the client or anyone in his/her party shall result in immediate termination of the contract and eviction from the vehicle with no refunds! 13. Any Parking Fees or Tolls are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the invoice accordingly. Grand Limousine Inc. does not add any additional fees or charges to parking or tolls. Grand Limousine Inc, is not responsible for additional services requested by the client, this includes overtime. 14. Grand Limousine Inc. and their employees are not responsible for equipment failure, weather conditions, and/or traffic conditions beyond their control. 15. The use of an emergency apparatus outside of the event of an emergency will result in the immediate termination of the contract with no refund. 16. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee assessed for any passenger that gets sick in any of our vehicles. 17. Grand Limousine is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle prior to dismissal. 18. Grand Limousine nor the chauffeur are responsible for any damage to or loss of any personal property either before, during, or after time of service. 17.  Grand Limousine does not condone the use of alcohol or any drugs by drivers while the services are being preformed. 18. Grand Limousine has a zero tolerance policy for our drivers. Drivers found to be in violation will be terminated immediately.
